10U, 11U, 12U, 13U, 14U (60/90) July 17-24 (25th rain date)

Friday evening July 16th - 6:00pm-8:00pm - Early Bird Team check-in at:

Saturday July 17th - Team check-in at the Doubletree (address above), followed by a mandatory managers meeting . Check-in will run from 12:00pm until 4:00pm, followed by the mandatory coaches meeting at 5:30pm.

 

Sunday & Monday - Round one games begin starting times 9am. All teams will play a total of three games.

 

Tuesday - No games scheduled, however, in the event of inclement weather games can and will be played on this day prior to opening ceremonies. Teams will be seeded for round two and round two schedules will be posted online at www.aayba.com. Opening ceremonies will be held at Busch Stadium prior to the Cardinals game which will begin at 7:00pm. Further details one the game will be handed out at check-in.

 

Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday - games resume, round two begins, starting times 8-9am.

 

Saturday July 24th - Games conclude, all teams will play one at least one game on this day, awards ceremony following each teams final game, all players on all teams will receive an award of some type. Players must be present to receive their award.

 

Sunday July 25th - Rain date - games will only be played in the event of inclement weather and and if used, we won't start any games after 2:00pm if the game involves a team travelingfrom out of state.
